Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date they are provided unless otherwise stated.
Scheduling & Cancellations
Once a service date is confirmed, we commit the time and resources to complete the job. If you need to reschedule or cancel a service, we ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Repeated no-shows or same-day cancellations may result in a cancellation fee at our discretion.
Service Completion
We perform a final inspection after every job and address any areas that need additional attention before leaving the property. If you have concerns about the results after the service is completed, contact us within 48 hours so we can review and address the issue.
Customer Responsibilities
By scheduling services with Jacobson’s Power Washing, you agree to the following:
You confirm that you are the property owner or have authorization from the property owner to request cleaning services on the property.
You will provide reasonable access to the areas being cleaned, including clearing personal items, furniture, and vehicles from the work areas before the scheduled service.
You will notify us in advance of any known damage, hazards, or conditions on the property that could affect the safety of our crew or the cleaning process.
You will secure pets and ensure they are kept away from work areas during the service.
Liability & Limitations
Jacobson’s Power Washing takes care to protect your property during every job. However, there are limitations to our liability that apply to our services.
Pre-Existing Conditions
We are not responsible for damage to surfaces that were already in a weakened, deteriorated, or compromised condition before cleaning began. This includes but is not limited to loose siding, crumbling mortar, peeling paint, rotted wood, and cracked concrete. If we identify areas of concern during our pre-service inspection, we will bring them to your attention before proceeding.
Weather-Related Delays
Services may be rescheduled due to weather conditions that make it unsafe or ineffective to perform the work. This includes rain, high winds, and freezing temperatures. We will work with you to reschedule at the earliest available date.
Property Access
We are not liable for delays or incomplete service caused by restricted access to areas of the property, locked gates, obstructed work areas, or conditions that were not disclosed before the service date.
Limitation of Liability
